Day 01 : Mumbai Arrival
Upon arrival at Mumbai international airport, our company representative will meet & assist you with traditional welcome and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Rest of the day free & easy for own activities and acclimatization with Indian weather conditions.

Day 02 : Mumbai - Full day tour
Post breakfast; proceed for a guided tour in Mumbai visiting Gateway of India, the entrance to the port of Mumbai. Across the road we visit Prince Wales Museum, built in a confluence of Gothic & Moorish styles. Later we take the boat cruise from Gateway of India to visit Elephanta Caves, houses rock cut temples dating back to 5th century CE. It was named by the Portuguese, after the statue of an elephant near the landing area of the island. We also drive through the Marine Drive, which runs along the shore of the Arabian Sea from Nariman Point past Chowpatty Beach to the foot of Malabar Hill.

Day 03 : Mumbai - Aurangabad (By Flight)
Post breakfast; transfer to Mumbai airport to board the flight to Aurangabad. Upon arrival; transfer to the hotel for check-in. Later proceed for an excursion to Ellora Caves (Closed on Tuesdays); Impressive in their own right is the rock-hewn temples and monasteries of Ellora that lie just 30 km away from Aurangabad city. In all, there are 34 cave temples, 12 Mahayana Buddhist caves (550-750 AD), 17 Hindu caves (600-875 AD) and 5 caves of the Jain faith (800-1000 AD) 22 more caves, dedicated to Lord Shiva, were recently discovered.
Later in the evening return back to Aurangabad and have a relaxing time in the hotel. Overnight at Aurangabad hotel
Day 04 : Aurangabad - Excursion to Ajanta Caves
Post breakfast; proceed for a full day excursion to Ajanta caves (Closed on Mondays); 100 km from Aurangabad in the shape of a mammoth horse- shoe, are the 30 rock-hewn caves of Ajanta. The Caves date from the 2nd century BC. Discovered in 1819 by a group of British army officers, these startling achievements took around 600 years to create. Carved with little more than a hammer and chisel, Ajanta, once the retreat of Buddhist monastic orders features several 'chaityas' (chapels) and 'viharas' (monasteries). Evening; return to Aurangabad.

Day 05: Aurangabad - Mumbai (By Flight)
Post breakfast; visit to Daulatabad Fort and Aurangabad Caves. Later in the afternoon; transfer to Aurangabad airport to board the flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival; transfer to the hotel for check-in. Evening free at leisure.

Day 06 : Mumbai - Departure
Post breakfast; time free for own activities. Later; on time transfer to Mumbai airport to board the flight to onward journey.
