Day 02 : Lima (City Tour)
Breakfast, then half‐day city tour: Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, Presidential
Palace, Convent of San Francisco (cloisters and catacombs), plus a drive
through upscale Miraflores and Barranco neighborhoods with views of the
Pacific Ocean. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.
Day 03 : Lima → Cusco
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Cusco. Upon arrival,
transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon guided walking tour of Cusco’s historic center: Koricancha (Temple
of the Sun), Cathedral, Church of the Company of Jesus, plus visits to nearby
Inca sites such as Sacsayhuamán fortress, Qenqo, Pukapukara, and
Tambomachay. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 04 : Machu Picchu Excursion
Transfer to the train station; travel to Aguas Calientes and then by bus to
Machu Picchu. Guided tour of the citadel’s temples, terraces, and fountains.
After lunch, return by train to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 05 : Cusco → Puno (All‐Day Bus Journey)
Breakfast at the hotel, then board the bus for a scenic all‐day trip to Puno.
Stops at Pikillaqta ruins, Andahuaylillas church, Racchi temple, and lunch in
Sicuani. Cross La Raya pass (~4,200 m) with panoramic Andean views.
Arrive in Puno late afternoon. Overnight in Puno.
Day 06 : Puno (Lake Titicaca & Uros Islands, then Puno → Lima)
After breakfast, take a morning boat ride to the Uros floating reed islands. Visit the islanders’ traditional reed‐boat workshops. Then continue to Sillustani to see ancient funerary towers overlooking Lake Umayo. Late afternoon, transfer to the airport in Juliaca for a flight to Lima. Overnight in Lima.
Day 07 : Lima → Quito
After breakfast, transfer to Lima airport for a flight to Quito. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy an afternoon city tour: Independence Plaza, La Compañía Church, San Francisco Monastery. Late afternoon visit to the Middle of the World Monument (Mitad del Mundo) and Ethnographic Museum. Overnight in Quito.
Day 08 : Quito → Galápagos (Baltra or San Cristóbal Island)
Early transfer to the airport for a flight to the Galápagos Islands. Upon arrival, board a small‐ship cruise for a multi‐day island tour (covering 2–3 islands). Afternoon guided visit to a visitor site: tide pools, nesting seabirds, marine iguanas, and unique lava formations. Overnight on board (full board).
Day 09 : Galápagos Cruise (Continued)
Full‐day cruise activities: morning landing to explore beaches, snorkelling with sea turtles, and hiking on volcanic trails. Afternoon visit to a second visitor site for wildlife viewing—sea lions, blue‐footed boobies, and Galápagos tortoises. Overnight on board (full board).
Day 10 : Galápagos → Departure
Early morning landing for a short island walk or beach visit. After breakfast,
transfer to the airport for your flight back to the mainland and onward
connection home.
